WIlliam Brooks
Senior Pastor
Pastor William Brooks was born and raised here, in Decatur. After graduating from Decatur High School in 1998, he attended Oklahoma Baptist College, in Oklahoma City, OK. It was there that he met Jessica, the love of his life. They were married in 2001. William graduated in 2002 with a Bachelors in Music/Secondary Education. After serving in different ministry positions for more than 17 years, the Lord led him and his family back here, to his hometown of Decatur, TX. Pastor Brooks answered the call to pastor and stepped into the role of Lead Pastor at Grace in October of 2019. He has a great burden for the community, the schools, and families of Decatur. Together, with his wife and their children, they are serving to reach this community, and the extended Wise County area for the Lord, and make a difference in the lives of those around them.

Thomas O'Neal
Assistant Pastor
Thomas O’Neal grew up in Canton, OH. After graduating high school in 2008, he enlisted in the United States Air Force. During his first enlistment, two life-changing events occurred. First, he trusted Christ as his Savior while stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas on November 2, 2008. Second, he met his wife, Amanda. They were married December 11, 2010. Thomas was selected to become a C-130 pilot for the Air Force Reserves when God redirected his plans. He answered the call to vocational ministry in December 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Religion and Business, as well as a Master of Divinity in Professional Chaplaincy from Liberty University. Thomas currently serves as a Chaplain in the United States Air Force Reserves. Together, Thomas and Amanda share a deep passion for reaching those in the college and career stage of life. Thomas and Amanda have 5 children. He summarizes his life in six areas: Faith, Family, Flying, Finance, College Football, and Auctioneering.

Isaac Colgrove
Youth Pastor
Isaac Colgrove was born in Carrollton, Texas. After living in various parts of North Texas, Bro. Isaac graduated from Liberty Baptist School in Lewisville, Texas in May of 2017. He attended Heartland Baptist Bible College for four years, graduating in 2021 with a pastoral major. While there, Isaac met the love of his life, Kyra. They were married in July of 2021. With the endorsement of Heartland, Pastor Brooks felt the Lord leading him to invite the Colgrove’s to join their team at Grace Baptist Church in March of 2021 as the Youth Pastor. God gave Isaac a burden for teens at a young age.
